The Ou Yue Grand View project is located in the center of Wenzhou's thousand-year urban cultural lineage, and the design focuses on enhancing the social value of this area. The overall planning adopts the symmetrical layout of the central axis, emphasizing the order of entry and exit, bringing a sense of respectful ritual for the owners' every return home. The building façade inherits the traditional elegance and glows with neo-classical quality, while the condensed vertical lines and horizontal giant curtain window frames create a high-class modern living scene. With the essence of neo-classical architecture, the building facade is tailored to portray the classic aesthetic life, emphasizing the perfect fusion of modern and tradition. The building design adopts the organization method of "point and plate" combination, and the courtyard combination, enclosing the central large landscape group, forming a core park of nearly 10,000 square meters.
