Leave white space

This case is a set of rough duplex buildings. The hall is a hollow structure, but there is a thick beam in the middle. The designer respects the original building structure and uses the beam body to transform it into a "small overpass" through design techniques, successfully turning the "small overpass" into a visual highlight of the whole space.

Then, through the design of the suspended TV background wall, the interactivity of the two spaces is added. The green plants in the stairwell "probe" to the other side of the TV wall, forming a very vivid and interesting picture.

The plan abandons too much material decoration and stacking, so that the house has more space to "breathe" and leave moderate white space with pure elements to create a rich layered space for people to think.
