Mukmeem restaurant focuses on new Cantonese cuisine, which is committed to the modernization and international expression of Cantonese cuisine. The core of traditional culture, the design language of artistic abstraction, and the design ideas tailored to local conditions create a space atmosphere and dining experience different from other traditional Chinese restaurants so that space can be creative "Cantonese style without boundaries."
The restaurant is located on the top floor of the shopping mall. There are more giant and more bifurcated columns in the space and the flaws of the ground height difference.The plane is fan-shaped, which causes much inconvenience to space use, and the utilization rate is low. It needs to be through the interpretation of the site, creating the dining space integrated with the brand image and the uniqueness of the space.
Faced with more space constraints, the designer took advantage of the plane layout and took advantage of the facade shape. Based on balancing function and form, designed the space in a fusion, relaxed and interesting posture. The fan-shaped arcs presented in the space bring out another order and level. Break the disadvantages and adapt to local conditions. Using modern Chinese aesthetics and the art of design to give the space a unique charm and activate the restaurant's distinctive vitality.
