Ideal Life – Jiuxi Rose Garden

The villa has three floors with clearly designed functions, with a living room, a dining room and an afternoon tea corner for the woman of the villa on the first floor, a master bedroom and children’s rooms on the second floor, and a private space of the man of the villa on the third floor for homeworking, guest reception, tea tasting and film and music playing.

All windows on the first floor are floor-to-ceiling large glass windows, integrating the garden outside and the space inside as a whole when curtains are open. Sofas under the top Italian brands FENDI and BAXTER in the living room are magnificent and luxury. The afternoon tea corner of the woman of the villa is available indoor and outdoor in different seasons and weather conditions, allowing the woman of the villa to drink, chat and read with friends. On sunny days, birds’ twitter and fragrance of flowers wander in the thin mist in the garden, and flowers glooming in front of the floor-to-ceiling glass windows convey a feeling of mystery. The screen behind the tea table is hand-painted with reference to the works of Zhifo Chen, a big-name flower and bird painter. All details in the villa demonstrate the essence of art, showing the taste of both woman and man of the villa.

The cortile separates the living room and the dining room, and is designed in a modern way with natural landscapes. Sitting quietly by the window and listening to the rhythm of the falling rain, you can throw yourself to this poetic and romantic scene. Such design gets rid of the traditional elements of “mockups”.

There will always be someone in the world who creates the life you want most in the way you desire most. Likewise, good design should but only bring comfort but also make it possible for people to enjoy life.

In the villa, design focuses on scenery and light by bringing light outdoors into rooms, creating natural landscapes in cortile and perfectly combing lights and scenes. Space arrangement, interaction among different rooms, combination of space size and shape, and other design elements sketch a picture, tell a story and build a new attitude to life.

The dining room and kitchen are the other importance space besides the living room. In warm yellow lights, classic and modern elements meet, and witness different moods and emotions and the passage of time by using different materials, which exactly echoes with the sense of ritual created in the space.

The master bedroom on the second floor uses Huilinge’s hand-painted wallpapers and ivory white wood veneer that perfectly combine classical and modern painting techniques, and uses an Ulivi bed imported from Italy which further adds artistic air. The large suite connected to the master bedroom consists of painting & calligraphy room and cloakroom of the woman of the villa. In the painting & calligraphy room with a large desk and a rocking chain under the brand of Maxmarko, the woman of the villa can do painting and calligraphy and meditate, enjoy the peace of mind and get closer to the inner world, and be bathed in the elegance given by the time and exuding in the space. Warm sunlight coming through curtain opens the prelude of time and gives the power touching you deep inside.

Son’s room, daughter’s room, family room and dance room on the second floor not only meet the whole family’s demand for living space, but also bring the intimate relationship in the family to the spiritual level.

The entire third floor is the private space of the man of the village. In such space which is designed to cater to the changing times and is designed based on the concept of “remember the past and imagine the future”, the temperament and temperature imply the inheritance of a family, and the man of the villa can freely express his emotions and dreams.

All people who have been to the villa acclaim the villa as a “private art gallery” which unveils the essence of life, gets rid of complicated decoration and furnishing elements and uses ordinary furnishings in the best way. Paintings of masters such as Zhizhong Cai, Jiamei Shi, Mi Zeng, Dongling Wang and Yonghang Wu on walls in the villa put the soul into the space, and remind us that there are bread and butter in life, but also, poems and dreams.
