As the first future community project in Wenzhou City, the project aims at "Wenzhou sentiment, set new future" as the goal, to ensure the landing of the project, grafting the bridge between the future and reality beam; realize nine scenes to shape the future scene of Wenzhou; design the group architecture image, to create a benchmark of Wenzhou city construction. Based on the "139 top-level design" of the future community, we will explore the "Wenzhou model" of the future community. With the people's desire for a better life as the center, combining the project site characteristics, the cultural heritage and the construction of Wenzhou's integrity system, to create a livable, workable and the ecological and humanistic urban environment of Wenzhou. Build "a community of landscape enlightenment and new integrity Wenzhang  Neighborhood".
