It is situated at the core of Qingshanhu Sci-Tech City, which is the strategic place of the Hangzhou West Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, embracing both the prosperous city and the ecological lake and mountain.
The project features a low density and purity. Each household has a side wall completely exposed to the sun, enjoying north-south ventilation as well as superior daylight and view.
