It mainly consists of intelligent manufacturing zone, residential buildings and service facilities, together forming a city-industry-integration demonstration area, which provides a green, pleasant living and working environment with complete facilities.
The plot is symmetrically masterplanned based on the main axis. Two large courtyards are set on the central axis, and the overall spatial organization.
